Prolong the life of your softshell gear with Nikwax Softshell Proof. It is water based, non flammable, and has no harmful volatile organic compounds. You’ll love the durable water repellency it provides your softshell clothing. Simply apply the coating, without a need for a tumble drier or heat.

Keeping your gear waterproof helps with the breathability and warmth it provides. The garment should first be cleaned (try Nikwax Tech Wash) and then add 100ml Nikwax softshell proof per garment to a machine wash with a maximum of three garments. Set your machine to 30°C synthetic cycle and slow spin for the best results. Alternatively, apply during a hand wash while wearing gloves.
